Terms and Conditions:
1. (a) All Renovation is the trading name for IASC Limited which acts as Agent for contractors.
(b) The contract, once formed, will be made between Customer and contractor (“Builder”) in respect of the building/construction work (“Services”) to be performed on Customer’s property by Builder. All Renovation acts solely in the capacity of an Agent and is not a party to the contract.
(c) Agent accepts no liability for the quality of work provided by Builder to Customer.
2. Agent provides the following services to Customer:
a) recommendation of Builder(s) who have public liability insurance;
b) a quote for Services to be provided by Builder in accordance with Customer’s specification, and negotiation of the price on Builder’s behalf. A one-off fee may be chargeable for the quote, such fee to be refunded if Customer accepts the quote and enters into a contract with Builder.
c) If for any reason Builder cannot complete Services pursuant to its contract with Customer, Agent will use its best endeavours to find another Builder to complete Services within the required timescale. However Agent is under no obligation to locate a replacement Builder.
3. Customer should make payments into Agent’s client account [details] as agreed in Customer’s contract with Builder. Agent will be responsible for paying Builder in accordance with the contract.
4. Customer is not charged for work provided by Agent

If the Customer would like to employ the work force introduced by the Agent directly, the Customer has to pay 30% of the expected yearly income (calculated on the rate provided by this contract) of each new employee as Agency fees to the Agent. In this case, IASC Ltd will be acting as a recruiting agent .
